The same workbench file will stop working if it is saved to the current date. The code works in 17.2 as long as the workbench file hasn't been saved since March 2019. Finally, an error is thrown when a variable is called to write to the text file and the command is terminated. The example presented is intended as a starting. Start Post-Processing APDL Model in Ansys Mechanical, go to /POST1, and use the File command to indicate an RST results file of interest. Correct use of such a macro is up to the user. Vectorizing the commands employed lets the macro run very quickly with large FEA models. An example has been provided to convert degrees Fahrenheit to degrees Rankine. I have attached the previously working code at the bottom of this post, but the error is thrown in the first line and the following math operations are ignored because there is no data. A small macro can convert temperature results in an Ansys Mechanical APDL analysis. However, even adding an "ESEL, ALL" command gives the same errors. In the past the code has worked with the ETABLE command as the first line of the command script.
